- Beta form: name, work email, company, job title, consent, terms version, IP and user agent at submission time.
- Site analytics: page views via GoatCounter (no cookies; privacy‑friendly aggregate metrics).
Why we collect it (legal bases)
- To administer the beta and contact you (consent / legitimate interests).
- To improve our website and services (legitimate interests).
How we use and share data
We use form data to respond and manage participation. If configured, emails are sent via SendGrid. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Beta submissions are kept for up to 12 months after the beta ends, or deleted earlier upon request unless required by law.
International transfers
If data is processed outside the EEA (e.g., email delivery), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as SCCs or equivalent.
Your rights
Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. Contact torstein@viablelabs.net.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures. Beta is pre‑release; do not submit sensitive or production data.
Children
Our services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
